Welcome to the Smalls Kitchen family!
To keep our kitchen running smoothly and ensure your meals arrive 11/10 fresh every single week, please review our subscription terms below:
1. Weekly Orders & Selection
The Deadline: You must select your weekly dishes via the website by Thursday at 8:00 PM.
Missed Deadlines: If you do not choose your meals by the deadline, our kitchen team will automatically curate a random selection of delicious meal prep for you.
2. Payments & Commitments
Minimum Term: Every new subscription requires an initial minimum commitment of 4 weeks.
Billing Cycle: Your card will be automatically charged on the same day and at the exact same time every week.
Updating Details: To change your payment method, please email us. We will securely send you a link to update your card details online.
Discounts: To apply your personal discount code to your active subscription, your unique code must be entered when ordering each week. This code will only function when used alongside your registered subscriber email address.
3. Pauses, Changes, & Cancellations
Notice Required: A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is strictly required to pause, cancel, or change your meal plan tier. This 2-week notice period begins from your closest upcoming payment day.
Holiday Pauses: You are welcome to pause your subscription for holidays anytime after your initial 4-week commitment is complete (subject to the 2 weeks' notice rule).
How to Request: All account changes, pauses, or cancellations must be sent via email to sam@smallskitchen.co.uk. Please note: Requests made via Instagram, WhatsApp, or Facebook DM will not be actioned.
4. Deliveries & Food Safety
Delivery Address: We will always deliver your order directly to the shipping address supplied when you originally placed your subscription.
Safe Place & Cool Bags: If you know you won't be home to accept your delivery, you are welcome to leave out insulated cool bags for our driver. Please advise us exactly where you would like your food left by adding clear instructions to the "Delivery Notes" section when ordering.
Address Changes: It is completely impossible to change your delivery address on your scheduled delivery day.
Liability Disclaimer: Because our meals are freshly prepared and highly perishable, Smalls Kitchen cannot accept any responsibility or liability for spoiled, ruined, or lost food due to incorrect delivery addresses, an uncontactable recipient, or food being left unattended in your designated safe place.
Allergen Notice: While we take extreme care during prep, our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Please review ingredients weekly and notify us immediately via email regarding severe allergies.
